At Wise Mind Collective, we understand that there are lots of things competing for your time, money and other resources. We also believe that what we have to offer is worth the investment because we believe that you are worth the investment. Change doesn’t happen overnight, and our team is committed to helping you make the best of our work together so that we can all work smarter, not harder.
The structure and cost of both in-person sessions and tele-mental health services is based on the therapist’s experience and expertise and is therefore individualized per clinician. For these reasons, it is also subject to change. The structure and cost of both in-person sessions and telemental health services with each clinician is as follows:
Christy Call, MA, NCC, LPC-MHSP, LMFT:
Abby Horton, MA, NCC, LPC-MHSP:

Keirsten Williams, MA, NCC (pre-licensed professional):
Sessions that are longer than 50 minutes will be charged at the therapist’s 50-min. session rate. DBT Phone Consultation sessions are charged at the therapist’s 50-min. session rate.
*While clinical assessment is ongoing and part of each therapy session, there are times when a specific diagnostic evaluation may be clinically warranted after the initial assessment meeting and thereby proposed by your therapist, or even by you. These evaluations are to be conducted after collaborative consultation between client and therapist, complete with informed consent not limited to a discussion about the implications of diagnosis/diagnoses, as well as the financial investment. These sessions last for 60 minutes minimum, and are charged at the assessment hourly rate.
Wise Mind Collective is not paneled with any insurance companies; licensed therapists may provide superbills to you for your out-of-network filing. Reduced rates may also be an option; please speak with your therapist for information.
Our No Surprises Act Statement:
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health care benefits, you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" of the expected cost of your medical care (No Surprises Act, 2021). We are happy to provide said estimate to you prior to your out-of-network filing. Our Good Faith Estimate details the projected expenses for one year of mental health care services with us and is based on your individual needs. For further information or to ask any questions about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
